In my experience, actual finals are more like one and two hammer questions. If you're starting clinical phase, get the medical school finals package, way more relevant than the free one Attempt that topics questions on passmed and use it to guide what needs more revision and then read the explanations for each question and their notes.

Passmed will cover all you need to know, and likely enough for you to be in a top decile. How the student room is moderated to keep the student room safe for everyone, we moderate posts that are added to the site. I always called passmedicine as passmed. Haven't used passmed.uk but passmedicine will suffice for the clinical side of the msra.
Quesmed is slightly easier than passmed, but gets you really good at pattern recognition. Passmed is harder but (for me) replicate the exams better. And if so, how did you guys find it? I find that from my (albeit limited) use of both question banks i always get the majority of the questions.
