It happens frequently on newsmax. What happened to the newsmax channel 1115? I use both a roku 4k express and a roku stick to watch tv programs through the xfinity stream app.

Thought it may have been a cpac thing but the issue persists for normal programming as well. How can i get newsmax? Newsmax is the only channel that freezes via the xfinity app. Its very strange that only newsmax loses sound on xfinity yet you can hear the commercials.

Please remember newsmax is only available if you have x1. You can also use your voice remote and say 'newsmax' to find it on your x1 box. On 02/19/25 the newsmax channel started freezing for no reason. This dosent happen on msnbc or cnn.
